Holiday Treat!”

Alison has been starring in the “hilarious retro-musical”, Boomermania since February, 2011. A “smash hit Los Angeles show”, Boomermania is a musical parody that lampoons the lives and times of the Baby Boomers and that highlights Alison’s vocal and comedic style perfectly. Written and directed by TV writer, Debbie Kasper (Roseanne, The Rosie O’Donnell Show) and Pat Sierchio, and set to the hits of the 1950s, 60s, and 70s, Boomermania is playing at the NoHo Arts Center in North Hollywood, California.

“Once again, a talented cast portrays the Boomers: Daniel Amerman, Scott Reynolds, Alison Friedman, Anne Montavon, Dylan Vox, and Sarah Weismer dance and sing with superb timing. Their exuberance is perfect as sugar-crazed 50s children; their passion is contagious when they are protestors in the 60s; their confusion in the 70s is endearing; and they are heart-breaking as they smack into the reality of adulthood in the 80s.”

“Friedman is simply fabulous throughout, showing off power pipes to reach the rafters.”
-Steven Stanley, Stage Scene L.A.

“Relive the good ol’ days through a riotous scrapbook of the fads, fashions, hairstyles, dances, and events that defined American’s second greatest generation”.
